Why do we do what we do?
We contribute to solving business and world issues by sharing knowledge, experience and best practices amongst different stakeholders on a certain topic. We want to spread knowledge and educational excellence through the world. Each study tour from Study Tours is a great learning experience for the whole group. It is not only the interesting business topics participants will learn about during a study tour, also the taste of a different culture, city, people and getting out of the classroom experience is utterly important to stimulate the personal development and ensure new business connections and collaboration opportunities take place. This is what we find important.
How do we do it?
We believe that we can solve business issues and identify new innovations by breaking through standard thinking patterns and existing silo’s. We do this by providing the participants with new insights, ideas and best practices on any preferred theme. Our passion is educating others, in which we excel because of our independence, in-depth knowledge, experience and high quality content. Study Tours has an extensive global network consisting of distinguished leaders from MNO’s, SME’s, NGO’s and governmental organizations on the one hand and Deans, Directors and Faculty from top Business Schools and Universities on the other hand. They are all passionate about management education and are an invaluable source of knowledge, experience and advice.
Study Tour is a CRKBO registered institution. The CRKBO (Central Register for Short Educational Programmes) Accreditation Standards challenge post-secondary educators to pursue excellence and continuous improvement throughout their educational programs. CRKBO Accreditation is known, in The Netherlands, as a recognized form of professional accreditation an educational institution for short Programmes can earn.
Study Tour Programmes are 100% customized. They are designed on the basis of the learning needs of the participants, their experience and background on the one hand and the speakers experience, knowledge and ability to convey the message on the other hand. Study Tours has realized multiple successful Study Tours, which are highly evaluated due to its practical relevance, both at a professional and a personal level.
Maximization of learning
Our programmes are designed around a particular theme and have pre-defined objectives. In addition, Study Tour Programmes are designed around several Building Blocks. This way we can ensure maximization of learning from international exposure. The emphasis of our programs is primary on offering a proper theoretical foundation and applied learning and secondary on cultural and social experiences. Study Tours gives participants the opportunity to put what is being learned in the sessions into practice immediately.
We are a professional and independent organization which provides these services worldwide. Requests for Study Tour Programs range from 1 to 9 days with an educational/business focus. We generally work with groups of between 30 and 95 participants and have developed programmes for clients like LG, NYU Stern, INCAE Business School, RSM Erasmus University and GIBS.
