South African Executives fostering economic development and job creation!

FIMG_4325 (2)ourteen Executives in the Transport industry in South Africa, guided by the CEO and CFO of the Transport EducationIMG_4512 Training Authority and the designated Executive Development Manager and coach from Gordon Institute of Business Science, immersed themselves in our Study Tour themed Doing Business in China, Europe and Global Business. This one week programme took place in Shanghai (China) and Amsterdam, Rotterdam and Eindhoven (The Netherlands).

The programme consisted of Theoretical, Practical, Social and Cultural Building Blocks, which were complimented with Reflection sessions by the GIBS coach.

IMG_4385 (2)We would like to thank Tongji SEM, Invest Shanghai, Transport and LogisticsIMG_4564 Netherlands (TLN), Technical University Eindhoven, Future Studies and HighTechXL for the many inspiring and meaningful meetings and presentations in China and The Netherlands!

This Study Tour enhanced the delegates’ ability and capacity to manage complexity and change, explored global best practice trends from leading global economies with respect to leadership, innovation and strategic management. And last but not least cultivated personal and professional development, thereby increasing the transportation talent pipeline and enabled delegates to apply their learning to support TETA’s goal of fostering economic development and job creation.
